1. (1) If the Commission receives a completed license or certificate renewal application less than 20 days before the date the existing license or certificate expires, the Commission will charge a late renewal fee of $150 for licenses and certificates.
2. (2) If the Commission receives a completed license or certificate renewal application within 30 days after the date the existing license or certificate expires, the Commission will charge a late renewal fee equal to $300 for licenses and certificates.
