To ensure adequate service to the public, the Commission requires retail liquor stores to maintain convenient hours of operation:

1. (1) Except for Sundays and holidays, all retail liquor stores must be open between the hours of 12 noon and 6 p.m. Retail liquor stores may not open earlier than 7 a.m. or close later than10 p.m.
2. (2) Except for Sundays and holidays, retail liquor stores will be open a minimum of eight hours each day.
3. (3) On Sundays or holidays, retail liquor stores may be open for any number of hours, but may not be open before 7 a.m. or after 10 p.m. Sunday and holiday openings are optional for Retail Sales Agents.
