Before allowing anyone who is required to have a service permit or temporary service permit under ORS 471.360 to perform the duties described in OAR 845-009-0010(1), a licensee must:

1. (1) Make sure the person has a valid service permit or a valid temporary service permit; and
2. (2) Verify the person's age and identity (for example, make sure the person's physical description matches the person's driver's license photo and description).
