1. (1) All licensees may close all or part of the licensed business for private use at any time.  Licensees are responsible for following all Commission regulations even when closed for private use.
2. (2) Closure for private use does not excuse a Full On-premises Sales licensee from compliance with the food service rules of the Commission.
3. (3) Whenever any licensee closes the licensed premises or a part of it to the public for private use, at least one entry normally used by the public must remain unlocked to allow Commission inspectors unrestricted access.
4. (4) Examples of private uses are banquets, conferences, meetings and parties.
