1. (1) The Oregon Attorney General’s "Administrative Law Manual and Uniform and Model Rules of Procedure Under the Administrative Procedures Act", are hereby adopted by reference as permanent rules for rulemaking procedure. The Attorney General’s “Model Rules for Rulemaking” are set forth in OAR 137-001-0005 to 137-001-0100.

2. (2) The Commission’s administrative rules for contested case proceedings, miscellaneous proceedings, and orders in other than contested cases are set forth in Division 003 of this chapter.
