- (1) Any person, including any worker, who wishes to file a civil action pursuant to ORS 658.475 may do so. The person is not required to file a complaint with the Bureau. However, if a person filing the action desires to notify the Bureau, the person may do so by sending a copy of the complaint that the person filed with the court to the Bureau.
- (2) The damages provided for in ORS 658.475 are in addition to damages provided for in any other statute including, but not limited to, ORS 658.453.
