1. (1) Applicants who fail an examination shall wait the following time periods before retaking the examination:

   1. (a) First failure: seven days;
   2. (b) Second failure: 14 days;
   3. (c) Third failure: 30 days;
   4. (d) Any subsequent failures: 60 days.
2. (2) Re-examination shall not be scheduled sooner than seven days after review of a failed examination.
