1. (1) Fees must be payable to the Department of the State Fire Marshal.
2. (2) Fees may be paid at, or mailed to, the Department of the State Fire Marshal and must accompany the appropriate application.
3. (3) Payment may be made by personal check, business check, cashier’s check or money order. If the fee is paid by a personal or business check, the application will be placed in a pending status until the check clears the bank.

4. (4) Fees are:

   1. (a) $50 — Certificate of Possession
   2. (b) $30 — Examination
   3. (c) $125 — Initial two-year magazine registration with Department of the State Fire Marshal inspection
   4. (d) $187.50 — three-year magazine registration renewal with Department of the State Fire Marshal inspection
   5. (e) $250 — four-year magazine registration with Department of the State Fire Marshal inspection
   6. (f) $50 — Initial two-year magazine registration with acceptance of BATFE inspection
   7. (g) $75 — three-year magazine registration renewal with acceptance of BATFE inspection
   8. (h) $100 — four-year magazine registration renewal with acceptance of BATFE inspection
5. (5) Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. (6) Three- and four-year renewal fee authority is in accordance with ORS 183.705 and OAR 837-012-1330(2).
