1. (1) Permit fees shall be paid to the Department of the State Fire Marshal and must accompany the permit application.
2. (2) Payment may be made by personal check, business check, cashier’s check, money order, online or other approved OSFM methods, and made payable to the Department of the State Fire Marshal.
3. (3) The permit fee for each permit application is $100.
4. (4) Permit fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
