OAR 836-082-0055 is adopted by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services pursuant to the authority of the Director:

1. (1) To carry out the prohibition in ORS 746.015 against unfair discrimination in the availability of insurance and in the terms or conditions of insurance policies;
2. (2) To aid in the carrying out of ORS 742.005(3); and
3. (3) To aid in the carrying out of ORS 742.005(4).
