For purposes of ORS 744.313, the Director determines the following associations of actuaries to have established adequate professional standards for membership:

1. (1) The American Academy of Actuaries.
2. (2) The Casualty Actuarial Society.
3. (3) The Society of Actuaries.
4. (4) The Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
