Supporting actuarial data shall accompany every filing of a commercial liability insurance rate, rating plan and rating system. The data shall be in sufficient detail to:

1. (1) Demonstrate compliance with ORS 737.207; and
2. (2) Demonstrate the statistical significance of differences or correlations relevant to rating plan definitions and rate differentials.
