In addition to other discipline, the Board may order a licensee who engaged in or permitted unacceptable patient care to:

1. (1) Make restitution to the patient in an amount to cover actual costs in correcting the unacceptable care.
2. (2) Refund fees paid by the patient with interest.
3. (3) Complete a Board-approved course of remedial education.
4. (4) Discontinue practicing in specific areas of dentistry, dental therapy or hygiene.
5. (5) Practice under the supervision of another licensee.
