The Board may assess the following costs against a licensee disciplined by the Board:

1. (1) Fee for service of complaint.
2. (2) Fee for service of subpoenas.
3. (3) Reporter fee for depositions and hearing including transcriptions.
4. (4) Hearing officer’s fee.
5. (5) Witness fees and mileage or other costs incurred in insuring the attendance of any witness.
6. (6) Cost of Board counsel.
