To be eligible for RMP resources, a property must meet all of the requirements below:

1. (1) Must have 1 or more Department PSH units within the property
2. (2) Utilize CE or other Department-approved process to fill PSH unit(s);
3. (3) Utilize project-based rental assistance for PSH unit(s);
4. (4) Provide on-site tenancy support services; and
5. (5) Is a part of the Department portfolio.
