1. (1) ORI funds must be used for eligible households, in compliance with the ORI Manual.

2. (2) To the extent of available funding, ORI funds may be used for the following activities:

   1. (a) Street Outreach;
   2. (b) Rapid Rehousing Activities;
   3. (c) Unit Access; and
   4. (d) Data collection related to implementation of the ORI program.
3. (3) ORI funds may be used as provided in the ORI Manual to supplement existing funds or to support existing programs or establish new programs. Grantees shall not use ORI funds, granted or otherwise awarded, to replace funds currently being received from other sources, available or reasonably expected to be available to the grantee.
