1. (1) Use of LIHWA funds must be in compliance with LIHWA program requirements for eligible households.

2. (2) To the extent of available funding and as it becomes available, program services include providing the following for eligible households:

   1. (a) Water assistance payments; and
   2. (b) Crisis assistance.
