1. (1) A local government or its designated agent that certifies as a participant in a community rehabilitation program shall certify to OHCS that the OAHTC program tax credits for the community rehabilitation program fall within the maximum amount of OAHTC program tax credits authorized in ORS 317.097.
2. (2) A local government entity shall certify to OHCS that the local community rehabilitation standards will be met for all relending of proceeds from a certified loan.
