1. (1) All notices provided in this division must be provided in writing and delivered by first class mail.
2. (2) Notification to the Department shall be delivered to the Manufactured Housing and Marina Community Resource Center ("MMCRC"). The MMCRC address can be found on the MMCRC website.
3. (3) The notice shall be considered served three days after the date that the notice was mailed.
