1. (1) Use of EHAP funds must be in compliance with EHAP requirements for eligible households.

2. (2) To the extent of available funding, eligible EHAP services include, but are not limited to:

   1. (a) Street outreach;
   2. (b) Emergency shelter operations;
   3. (c) Transitional housing operations;
   4. (d) Homelessness prevention;
   5. (e) Rapid re-housing;
   6. (f) Shelter or transitional housing facilities rehabilitation, renovation or conversion; and
   7. (g) Emergency System and Strategy Strengthening.
3. (3) EHAP funds may be used to supplement existing funds or to support existing programs according to EHAP requirements. Subgrantees shall not use EHAP funds, granted or otherwise awarded, to replace funds currently being received from other sources, available or reasonably expected to be available to the subgrantee.
