Purposes for Funding

Effective Dec 30, 2019ORS 456.555 | Statutes/Other Implemented: ORS 458.620 & 458.655Oregon Housing and Community Services Department

Funds within the Home Ownership Assistance Program may be used for the following purposes:

(1) Down Payment Assistance (DPA);
(2) Homeownership Centers;
(3) Restore Health and Safety; or
(4) Training and other uses suitable to OHCS.
