A certified home energy assessor shall submit the following to the board for renewal of the home energy assessor’s certificate:

1. (1) Renewal application information as required by the board;
2. (2) If applicable the CCB license number of the business owned by or employing the applicant; and
3. (3) The fee established in OAR 812-032-0150.
