1. (1) All license and renewal application fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

2. (2) The following fees are established:

   1. (a) Lead abatement contractor, $50/year.
   2. (b) Lead inspection contractor, $50/year.
3. (3) If the board receives payment of fees by check and the check is returned to the board as an NSF check, the board will charge the applicant $25 in addition to the required fees.
