1. (1) No contractor shall offer to perform or perform LBP abatement in target housing or child-occupied facilities without first receiving certification from OHA and a license from the board as a lead abatement contractor, unless such contractor is exempt from the certification or licensing requirements.
2. (2) No contractor shall offer to perform or perform LBP inspection or risk assessment in target housing or child-occupied facilities without first receiving certification from OHA and a license from the board as a lead inspection contractor, unless such contractor is exempt from the certification or licensing requirements.
