“Person” means:
- (1) An individual, including, but not limited to a self-employed individual;
- (2) A partnership, joint venture, limited liability partnership, or limited partnership;
- (3) A corporation;
- (4) A trust;
- (5) A limited liability company; or
- (6) Other entity.
