For the following materials and services available to the public and licensees, the OBCE may charge as follows:

1. (1) List of licensees: $25.00.
2. (2) Ornamental wall certificate: $50.00.
3. (3) Requests requiring records search: Labor — $25.00 per hour or partial hour.
4. (4) The OBCE may charge for pamphlets and/or forms developed by the agency. Costs will be determined by the actual costs of printing and handling incurred by the OBCE.
