Testing Requirements

Effective Oct 20, 2020ORS 670.310 & ORS 671.670 | Statutes/Other Implemented: ORS 671.595Landscape Contractors Board

(1) The test required in ORS 671.595 shall cover the subjects listed in OAR 808-030-0040.
(2) A person seeking to take the test shall:
1. (a) Apply on a form provided by the agency;
2. (b) Pay any fees required by the agency; and
3. (c) Comply with OAR 808-003-0730, 808-003-0760, 808-003-0810, 808-003-0830, 808-003-0840, and 808-003-0850.
