1. (1) The Board may audit CPE reports submitted by licensees. When a licensee is selected for audit of CPE hours, licensees are required to submit the following:

   1. (a) All appropriate documentation that confirms attendance of all CPE programs and the number of eligible CPE hours; and
   2. (b) Any additional information required.
2. (2) Licensees must comply with all requests for information and any applicable deadlines for submitting information as required.
