1. (1) Examples listed not all-inclusive. The subjects listed in this rule serve as examples only, and are not all inclusive of technical and non-technical subjects that may qualify for CPE credit.

2. (2) Technical subjects. Qualified continuing education programs in the following subjects are eligible for CPE credit as technical subjects:

   1. (a) Accounting
   2. (b) Auditing and assurance
   3. (c) Consulting
   4. (d) Specialized knowledge and applications
   5. (e) Management Advisory Services
   6. (f) Taxation
   7. (g) Professional ethics
   8. (h) Regulatory ethics
   9. (i) Finance
   10. (j) Business Law
   11. (k) Economics
   12. (l) Information Technology & Accounting Applications
   13. (m) Statistics
   14. (n) Data Analytics
   15. (o) Other subjects may be acceptable if they maintain or improve the licensee's professional competence.

3. (3) Non-technical subjects. Qualified continuing education programs in subjects other than those listed in section (2) of this rule are non-technical subjects and are eligible for CPE credit if the program directly contributes to the licensee's professional competence.

   1. (a) Credit for programs in non-technical subjects is limited to 16 CPE hours per renewal period.

   2. (b) The following are examples of non-technical subjects:

      1. (A) Interpersonal management skills;
      2. (B) Public relations;
      3. (C) Practice development;
      4. (D) Practice administration.
      5. (E) Marketing
      6. (F) Personnel/HR
      7. (G) Personal Development
      8. (H) Communication
      9. (I) Business Management & Organization
