1. (1) The Board of Tax Practitioners adopts the version of the Attorney General's Model Rules of Procedure under the Administrative Procedure Act in effect as of December 1, 2024.
2. (2) Pursuant to ORS 673.730(3) the Board may close a contested case hearing to members of the public so as to keep confidential personal financial information gathered by the Board pursuant to an investigation.
