(1) The State Board of Towing may appoint a Consumer Protection Committee comprised of three Board Members, but no more than two tow industry members, to: (a) Provide direction and consultation to Board Staff; and (b) Make recommendations for action to the Board when necessary. (2) Any Board member or Board staff who has a conflict of interest to a complaint will declare the conflict and will not participate in any Committee activity concerning the complaint.
