1. (1) With the exception of engine houses and car repair shops, when tracks terminate within enclosed buildings, all overhead clearances shall be at least 18 feet above the top of rail. In all cases where clearances of less than 20 feet 9 inches exist in buildings, all cars, locomotives or other equipment shall be brought to a stop before entering. “STOP” signs conforming to OAR 741-330-0010(3) shall be installed.
