Motor carriers who meet the qualifications found in OAR 740-045-0060 are eligible to participate in Oregon’s Trusted Carrier Partner program. Participants are eligible for the following benefits:

1. (1) Waiver of bond requirement;
2. (2) Being subject only to probable cause safety inspections;
3. (3) Being subject only to probable cause safety compliance reviews; and
4. (4) Inclusion on ODOT’s Trusted Carrier list.
