The Department shall regularly review the rate and charges for State-owned airports and compare them to rates in effect at non-State-owned airports.

1. (1) The Department shall review and may adjust rates and charges for fuel flowage, access, tiedown, mobile service and special use fees at least every two years.
2. (2) The Department shall provide 60 days’ advance written notice of any adjustment to any affected lessee.
