Eligible Projects and Activities for Education Grants

1. (1) Grants awarded through the Safe Routes to School Education Program may be used for projects or activities in:

   1. (a) Education;
   2. (b) Enforcement;
   3. (c) Safe Routes to School Infrastructure Plan Development; or
   4. (d) Any combination of the above.
2. (2) All projects and activities must directly benefit a qualifying school.
3. (3) All projects and activities must meet the eligibility criteria applicable and match requirements to the specific funds being dispensed.
