1. (1) The State Historic Preservation Office will distribute grant funds to grantees on a reimbursable basis after grantee submits billings on approved schedules specified in grant agreements.
2. (2) When requested by the State Historic Preservation Office, grantees shall supply additional information to substantiate billings.
3. (3) The State Historic Preservation Office, at its sole discretion, may disburse grant funds in advance if grantees can demonstrate a compelling need.
