As used in this division, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

1. (1) "Department" means the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department.
2. (2) "Grant" means an award from the Preserving Oregon Grant or Certified Local Government Grant Program.
3. (3) "Grantee" means an eligible applicant legally capable of executing and which has executed a grant agreement for a project awarded a grant.
4. (4) "Grant Review Committee" means the committee that reviews Preserving Oregon Grant Program applications and makes funding recommendations to the State Advisory Committee on Historic Preservation.
5. (5) "Project completion" means a department determination, after review, inspection, or both, that all requirements of a grant agreement are satisfied.
