(1) The department will collect data from participating Oregon Main Street Network organizations to track the value and impact of the program locally and statewide. Data from Accredited, Designated, and Affiliated Main Street tier organizations will be collected quarterly and include the following activity within the organization’s primary focus area.
- (a) Business and job related data.
- (b) Physical and infrastructure related data including new construction, improvements and losses.
- (c) Volunteer participation.
- (d) Updated organization contact information, and
- (e) Other data needed to enhance and track the benefits of Oregon Main Street.
(2) The department will collect data from Connected Communities tier organizations annually and include updated contact information, any qualifying workshops or trainings attended, and a brief description of any downtown activity for the year.
- (3) Oregon Main Street will publish an annual report on the departments website.
