As used in this division, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

1. (1) "Commission" means the seven-member body appointed by the Director of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) to carry out the responsibilities of ORS 97.772 to 97.784.
2. (2) "Grant" means an award from the Historic Cemetery Grant program.
3. (3) "Historic Cemetery" means the definition provided in ORS 97.772.
4. (4) "Project Completion" means satisfaction of all requirements of a grant agreement as determined after review or inspection by OPRD.
