1. (1) Transportation Safety adopts FMVSS Number 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment, in regard to such equipment and devices required for usage on motorcycles and mopeds, as found in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Part 571, October 1994 Edition.

2. (2) FMVSS 108 specifies requirements for the following original and replacement lamps, reflective devices and associated equipment:

   1. (a) Headlamps;
   2. (b) Taillamps;
   3. (c) Stoplamps;
   4. (d) License plate lamp;
   5. (e) Reflex reflectors; and

   6. (f) Turn signal lamps, turn signal operating unit and turn signal flasher unit.
