Or. Admin. R. 735-018-0140 – Sno-Park Permits Issued by Electronic Means

(1) Issuance of an Annual Winter Recreation Area Parking Permit (Sno-Park permit) is in accordance with OAR 735-080-0000. A person may purchase an Annual Sno-Park permit by means of an electronic transaction on DMV's website from October 1 through April 15 of each year.
(2) Sno-Park permits purchased through an electronic transaction on DMV's website are mailed to the address provided by the person during the electronic transaction.
(3) When a person purchases an Annual Sno-Park permit through an electronic transaction on DMV’s website, DMV issues an Interim Annual Sno-Park permit. The Interim Annual Sno-Park permit is valid for two weeks. A person may print and use the Interim Annual Sno-Park permit as described in OAR 735-080-0000.
