1. (1) The Department shall charge a fee of $8 for each permit issued by the Department under ORS 818.200.
2. (2) The Department shall charge a fee of $2 for each permit issued by a third party agent. The $2 fee shall be collected by the private contractor and remitted to the Department.
3. (3) Approved permits issued by a third party agent may include an administrative fee to be retained by the agent as authorized by ORS 818.270 not to exceed $5 for each permit issued to a vehicle in addition to the $2 fee charged by the Department.
