An eligible applicant, as described in OAR 734-023-0040, may apply for reimbursement for activities related to the publication of a third party verified environmental product declaration that complies with ISO 14025 for a covered material that is subject to ORS 184.879. Eligible activities include:

1. (1) Education costs for employees related to the preparation of an environmental product declaration; and
2. (2) Fees directly related to the preparation and publication of a relevant environmental product declaration.
