- (1) Upon the approval of an application for a marker, the Committee shall direct the installation of the marker.
- (2) Fees are determined by the total cost of the marker. Fees are payable prior to incurring any design or production costs.
- (3) Council funds available for markers may be used in combination with local sponsorship funding.
- (4) Agencies, organizations or entities may elect to co-sponsor markers while following program guidelines.
