1. (1) Applications must be submitted in a format prescribed by OWEB.

2. (2) Applications must:

   1. (a) Establish alignment with the objectives of the Monsanto Settlement Agreement;
   2. (b) Establish alignment with the objectives of ORS 541.857-541.882;
   3. (c) Demonstrate project readiness for implementation including a clear timeline with distinct start and end dates;
   4. (d) Describe interagency collaboration as well as collaboration with external partners as part of the scope of work;
   5. (e) Describe how the proposed work connects to and supports existing statewide plans, frameworks, or policy initiatives;
   6. (f) Describe how the proposed work will result in direct benefits to partnering organizations and/or the public;
   7. (g) Describe how the proposed work will result in outcomes that are beneficial to the environment and/or human health.
