- (1) All applicants shall demonstrate that some portion of the application is being sought as match.
- (2) The following funds and activities qualify as match:
(a) In-kind contributions to activities listed under OAR 698-010-0060; and
(b) Funding commitments made by others as a result of grant applicant efforts. - (3) The Director retains the discretion to determine whether specific proposed matching costs not specifically identified above can be recognized as qualifying matching costs.
