1. (1) A change in place of use may be made as approved by the Department.
2. (2) When an application for a temporary change in place of use for a primary water right is submitted according to OAR 690-385-3200, the district also shall identify whether the lands described in the application have an appurtenant supplemental water right or permit.
3. (3) The district also shall apply to temporarily transfer the appurtenant supplemental water right or permit unless the district specifies that the supplemental water right or permit is to remain unexercised at the place of use as described in the original water right during the period of the temporary transfer.
