- (1) Protests of, requests for party status, and contested case proceedings concerning proposed final orders are governed by Or Laws 2025, ch575, sections 2 and 3. and OAR chapter 690, division 2.
- (2) Within 45 days after the publication in the Department’s weekly public notice, any person may file a protest against the proposed final order.
