The Water Curtailment Element of an Alternate Municipal WMCP shall include at least the following:
- (1) A description of any supply deficiencies experienced within the past 10 years and current capacity limitation(s);
- (2) A list of two or more stages of alert for potential source shortage or water service difficulties;
- (3) A description of pre-determined levels of severity of source shortage or water service difficulties that will trigger the curtailment actions under each stage of alert; and
- (4) A list of specific standby water use curtailment actions for each stage of alert.
