The Land Conservation and Development Commission adopts as part of the Oregon Coastal Management Program, and herein incorporates by reference, an amendment to the Territorial Sea Plan Part Four: Uses of the Sea Floor, that the Commission approved as modified on December 01, 2000 and November 3, 2023.
